Are there long term contracts?
When I Work is offered as a pay-as-you-go service. You can pay month-to-month or you can pre-pay annually. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Change your plan anytime.
Can I change plans at any time?
If you are paying month-to-month, you can change your plan anytime. Just log in to your account, click on the gear, and choose “Account & Billing” to see your options.
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online.
How much does When I Work cost?
You can try When I Work through a fully-featured, free 14-day trial. When I Work offers three plans so you can choose what’s best for your workplace. The Essentials plan starts at $2.50 per user, per month, the Pro plan starts at $5.00 per user, per month, and the Premium plan starts at $8.00 per user, per month with optional add ons available for all plans. When I Work is billed on a month-to-month basis or annually. If you are paying monthly, you can change your plan at any time.

Start by signing up for a free 14-day trial. Navigate to the Account & Billing page in the app to choose the plan that fits you best.
