75% off your first 3 months of payroll terms

This promotion of 75% off your first 3 months of payroll services offered to employers, (“Promotion”) is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

Employers must run their first payroll with When I Work by January 31,2025, and must be deemed an “Eligible Employer.”  An Eligible Employer is an employer that meets the following conditions:

  1. Is not currently receiving payroll services from When I Work; 
  2. Has between 1 – 500 employees at the time payroll services commence; 
  3. Purchases a license to the When I Work Time & Attendance solution; 
  4. Agrees to the When I Work Terms of Service, including its Payroll Terms of Service;
  5. Is successfully onboarded as a customer of When I Work Payroll; 
  6. Must run its first payroll with When I Work by January 31st, 2025.

This Promotion does not include additional non-payroll services. This Promotion applies to all fees for standard payroll processing services but does not include any penalties and interest fees for untimely filings where the delay is due to no fault of When I Work or any fees charged by When I Work for correcting or attempting to correct employer errors.

If failure to run first payroll by January 31st, 2025 is due solely to the employer’s delay in implementation of the payroll processing services, then When I Work reserves the right to terminate this promotion. Other exclusions may apply. Quote for payroll processing services is based on information provided by you and may vary if frequency, employee size, services, or other features change.
